For decades, our family has worked with hardwood through Northern Nevada Hardwood Floors, installing, restoring, and fabricating floors across homes and businesses throughout Northern Nevada and Northern California. Over the years, we’ve handled thousands of boards, each with its own grain, character, and potential.
In the process of doing our work the right way, beautiful hardwood materials were often left unused — offcuts, surplus planks, and select pieces that were simply too good to throw away. We knew there had to be a better use for them.
NV Board Co. is our way of giving those materials a second life—transforming premium hardwood into cutting boards, charcuterie boards, butcher blocks, and custom pieces that are meant to be used, shared, and enjoyed every day. Each board is crafted by hand in our workshop, finished with care, and built to last.
Sustainability isn’t a trend for us, it’s a responsibility. By repurposing unused hardwood, we reduce waste and honor the natural resources that make our work possible. Every board carries not only the beauty of the wood and nature itself, but also our commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and thoughtful design.
