Yes. Wood has natural antibacterial properties, but proper cleaning is essential. After cutting raw meat, wash the board with warm water and mild soap, dry immediately, and allow it to fully air dry before reuse.

We recommend oiling every 3–4 weeks or whenever the board appears dry, using a food-safe mineral oil or board conditioner.

Yes. Custom engraving is available on many boards. Engraved boards are considered personalized items and are final sale unless there is a workmanship issue.
Certain features—such as juice grooves or prep pans—require specific board thickness and size to maintain structural integrity. These options appear only when compatible.
We currently ship within the United States and also offer local pickup and delivery within the Reno–Tahoe region.
Production timelines vary depending on whether the board is stock-matched or custom made. Custom timelines are confirmed after design review.

Our limited craftsmanship warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the board’s function or structural integrity under normal household use.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, excessive moisture or heat exposure, dishwasher use, and natural wood variation are not considered defects.
Custom and personalized boards are final sale. Stock-matched boards may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition. Please contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.
