All Nevada Board Co products are handcrafted in Nevada from reclaimed and upcycled hardwood. Every board is one of a kind, shaped by the natural variation of the materials we work with. Exact matching is available only through custom requests, and production timelines may vary based on material availability and design complexity.

Delivery, Pickup & Shipping

Once your order is completed and on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We ship throughout the United States and also offer local pickup and delivery in the Reno–Tahoe area. For expedited shipping or special delivery arrangements, please reach out to us prior to ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and often personalized nature of our products:

Custom and made-to-order boards are final sale
Stock-matched boards may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a workmanship issue or shipping damage.

If your board arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
